The Secretary-General of the High Council for Human Rights of the Islamic Republic of Iran wrote that in addition to the right of the legitimate defense of the Palestinians, political and legal measures should also be pursued in this regard.
HCHR_Kazem Gharibabadi, the Vice-president of the Judiciary for International Affairs and Secretary-General of the High Council of Human Rights of the Islamic Republic of Iran in a virtual message emphasized : In addition to the legitimate defense of the Palestinians, taking political and legal actions must also be pursued: - Holding an emergency meeting of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, - Holding an emergency meeting of the Human Rights Council, -To Pursue filing legal complaints against the Israeli regime officials in the courts of the countries they are travelling to, and - Ensuing a prosecution by the lawyers of the Palestinians for the crimes perpetrated by the Israeli apartheid regime through the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court.
