The Secretary General of the High Council for Human Rights pointed out that legal measures should be taken seriously regarding the crimes of the Zionist regime and said: “The crimes of the Zionist regime are a manifestation of American human rights”.

HCHR_The second meeting of the Central Headquarters for the Review and Disclosure of American Human Rights was held on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, with the presence of Kazem Gharibabadi, the Vice President of the Judiciary for International Affairs and the Secretary General of the High Council for Human Rights of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Hojjat-Al-Islam Mohammad Mahdi Arab Ansari, the Deputy of the Islamic Propaganda Coordination Council for Legal Affairs and the Affairs of the Parliament and Provinces, and other representatives of relevant institutions.

In this meeting, while condoling the martyrdom of the President, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and their companions, Gharibabadi said: “People have shown their gratitude towards the inner purity and services of these martyrs, and God Almighty has also given divine reward in response to the unquestionable service of these deceased martyrs”.

The Head of the Central Headquarters for the Review and Disclosure of American Human Rights, in the continuation of this meeting, referring to the approval of the Security Council resolution regarding the ceasefire and the cessation of the crimes of the Zionist regime, stated: “According to the Supreme Leader, the United States is directly participating in the crimes of the Zionist regime and with the approval of this resolution. Even if a ceasefire will be established, the attacks will stop and aid will be provided by this resolution, we must not forget the crimes committed by the Zionist regime against the people of Gaza”.

He went on to say that now there are dozens of cases against the United States in which real persons filed complaints against the U.S. regime in Tehran's Judiciary, noting that: “These people suffered from the crimes of the United States. Those like the EB patients were directly affected by the sanctions. Also, in the issue of terrorism, we have 25,000 terror martyrs, and the U.S. has supported terrorists in all cases. Therefore, it is necessary to read the narratives and sufferings of these victims during the Week for the Review and Disclosure of American Human Rights”.
