HCHR_Kazem Gharibabadi, the Vice President of the Judiciary for International Affairs and the Secretary General of the High Council for Human Rights wrote in a message on X social media: “We strongly condemn the hostile action of Canada which is contrary to the principles of International Law”. He emphasized: “It is a bitter irony that a country that is one of the major violators of human rights and one of the supporters of terrorism, has put the name of the IRGC, which is responsible for protecting national security and countering terrorism in the region, in the self-proclaimed terrorist list”.
