The Islamic Republic of Iran is sending a plane-load of humanitarian aid for those injured in a terrorist attack at a Shia mosque in Kunduz, Afghanistan.
A plane carrying Iran’s humanitarian aid, including medical equipment, is leaving for Afghanistan to help those affected by the Friday terrorist attack at a Shia mosque in Kunduz, Iran’s Embassy in Kabul said on Monday.
An ISIS suicide bomber attacked the mosque while a crowed of Shia worshipers were saying Friday prayers, killing over 100 people, and injuring at least 200.
Iran sent its fifth batch of humanitarian aid to Afghanistan last week, containing 50 tons of food, medicine, blankets and other necessary items.
