While announcing that 28 Pakistani prisoners will be released during the visit of the Head of the Judiciary to Hormozgan Province, the Vice President of the Judiciary for International Affairs stated: “At the same time, some Iranian nationals imprisoned in Pakistan are also on the verge of release”.
Kazem Gharibabadi, the Vice President of the Judiciary for International Affairs and Secretary General of the High Council for Human Rights stated: “During the visit of the Head of the Judiciary to Hormozgan Province, 28 Pakistani citizens who were in prison for the crime of illegal entry and illegal fishing, are about to be released and returned to their country, using Islamic compassion and forgiveness accompanied by suspension of part of their prison sentence”. The Vice President of the Judiciary added: “In the framework of the agreements made with Pakistan, some Iranian citizens imprisoned in this country will be released, and this process between the two countries will continue until the all the people detained in Iran and Pakistan prison are determined”.
