The Vice President of the Judiciary for International and Human Rights Affairs met and talked with the Heads of the Supreme Courts of Russia, China, India, Pakistan and Tajikistan on the sidelines of the 19th Summit of the Heads of Judicial Systems of the Member States to the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
HCHR_Kazem Gharibabadi, the Vice President of the Judiciary for International and Human Rights Affairs, who represented the Head of the Judiciary of I.R. of Iran at the 19th Summit of the Heads of Judicial Systems of the Member States to the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, separately met the heads of the Supreme Courts of Russia, China, and India, Pakistan and Tajikistan in the framework of judicial diplomacy and consulted with them.
In these meetings, expansion of judicial and legal cooperation, exchange of experiences, exchange of delegations, optimal and faster implementation of existing judicial agreements, including in the field of transfer of convicts, were emphasized by the parties.
