The High Council for Human Rights, in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, is scheduled to hold a ceremony to commemorate the martyrs of terror at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Studies Office on Wednesday of this week (January 31), on the eve of the fifth anniversary of the martyrdom of Lieutenant General Hajj Qassem Soleimani and the first anniversary of the terrorist incident in the Martyrs’ Garden of Kerman. At this ceremony, a book of 23,000 martyrs of terror, including their names and full details, will be unveiled.
Dr. Kazem Gharibabadi, Deputy for International Affairs of the Judiciary, at the meeting of the Supreme Council of the Judiciary said: Following the visit of the Head of the Judiciary to Iraq last year and the meetings and consultations held with high-ranking Iraqi officials during this visit, as well as the follow-ups of the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Deputy for International Affairs of the Judiciary, in recent days the Iraqi Ministry of Justice has agreed in correspondence to transfer 130 Iranian prisoners to our country (out of about 160 Iranian prisoners currently in Baghdad prisons).
