Head of the Judiciary: After 46 years, the Islamic Revolution of Iran has become stronger, more prosperous, and deeper

  • Head of the Judiciary: After 46 years, the Islamic Revolution of Iran has become stronger, more prosperous, and deeper

The head of the Judiciary said: At the time of the Islamic Revolution, no intelligence system had predicted that a cleric without equipment, without a party or organization, political, cultural, military branch, etc., would be able to present an idea that would (save) the oppressed people who were accustomed to that oppression and attract attention.

Mohseni Ejei stated at the fourth annual conference of the Second Step Statement of the Islamic Revolution: The Islamic Revolution took place at a time when such an event was not predicted in any way by normal calculations and think tanks in the East and West. At the time of the Islamic Revolution, all the intelligence agencies of the West and East were confused. No information system had predicted that a cleric without equipment, without a party or organization, political, cultural, military branch, etc., could present an idea that would save the oppressed people who were used to that oppression and attract attention.

He added: After 46 years, the Islamic Revolution of Iran has become stronger, more prosperous, deeper, and has not deviated from its slogans and goals.

Stating that with the revolution of the Imam (may Allah have mercy on him), the hegemony of arrogance collapsed, the head of the judiciary said: People who misunderstood and misrepresented Islam stood against the Islamic Revolution of Iran. With the revolution, the Imam (may Allah have mercy on him) gave women real dignity and a real identity to the youth. The Imam (may Allah have mercy on him) relied on and trusted the people after God. With the Islamic Revolution, the petrified became opponents of the Imam (may Allah have mercy on him). People who separated religion from politics stood against the Imam (may Allah have mercy on him).

Emphasizing that we must move with the guidelines of the Imams of the Revolution and act on what the Leader of the Revolution wants Mohseni Ejei said: One of the demands of the Leader of the Revolution in the second step of the revolution was to become as popular as possible, and we have worked to become popular in the document of the revolution and in practice.

Pointing out that one of the issues that is relied upon in the second step of the revolution is the economy, he said: We tried to identify all the areas that cause economic problems and present them to the government and parliament. Our selection has become different from the past, we are in a position to identify and recruit elite, revolutionary, well-established, young, educated and talented individuals. We are trying to identify individuals from within the system and develop them. In some stages of the second step of the Islamic Revolution, due to legal problems, it is not possible to assign some positions to young people.

Regarding the employment of people in sensitive jobs, Mohseni Ejei said: Regarding sensitive jobs, we should be able to make a collective decision, not one by one. We have inquired from three authorities about the employment of people in sensitive jobs, but only one has responded.

He continued: So far, we have reached the point that the people who are subject to this law are generally more than one person, and it is possible that we will have others in other institutions as well. For some time, we have been trying to see who is working in what positions without inquiry and who is working with inquiry so that we can make a decision about them. We need to count and see who has been subject to this law since the beginning of the law.
