The Council is slated to decide on Palermo bill during this session, which was also discussed on January 26.
The bill also was reviewed by the Council’s political, security, legal and judicial commissions previously, but it was not endorsed by the body.
Earlier, Council member Hojatoleslam Majid Ansari, had told the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) that the council is slated to decide on Palermo bill during the Feb 16 session.
Meanwhile, Seyed Mohammad Sadr, another Expediency Council member, has also told IRNA that ratification of the bill in the Council's next session is more likely than the previous session.
