In an interview with Mizan News Agency, Ahmad Jafari, the Director of Dispute Settlement Council in Golestan province said that more than 450000 sheets of paper have been saved using the electronic judicial notices at the Council.
The electronic judicial system which was set up in December 2016 has caused 90 per cent of the judicial notices to be delivered to clients electronically so far, the official added.
Speaking of the advantages of the electronic notices system, he also mentioned that in addition to clients’ privacy which is totally protected, examination of cases and deciding them has become much faster.
