On her Twitter account, Masoumeh Ebtekar wrote that the result of efforts made by numerous lawyers, judges, directors and officials of the executive and judicial bodies for worthy and patient Iranian women is the bill to protect the dignity and protection of women against violence which was approved today after hundreds of hours of expert opinions and studies in the government.
"The bill to protect the dignity and protection of women against violence includes 58 articles in five chapters of definitions and generalities, monitoring the implementation of the law, the duties of the executive apparatus, crimes and punishments and the judicial procedure”, she added.
